My husband and I would like say that it has been an absolute delight and pleasure to have dealt with Alan Sheddan and his team at Bream Bay Reality in Ruakaka, Northland NZ.

From the very moment we made that initial contact with Alan and his team, they were there for us helping every step of the way.   And happy to go the extra mile without hesitation.   My husband and I have purchased homes in the past, but this was our first time that we have purchased in Northland and felt a little like “ducks out of water”.  But Alan and Donna provided us with useful and practical information regarding the area, the township and its surroundings.  Alan met with us at various times to show us through the property we were interested in, and never made us feel rushed and always willing to answer any questions we had and let us view the property in our own time at our own pace. 

Both Alan and Donna displayed positive attitudes and were always on call at anytime if we required other information.  Nothing was ever a bother.  They also stood by their promises and quite frankly never let us down.  Their sales and administration team were a great help also, making the life of emails and faxing etc… very efficient and painless.  We found the whole team professional and easy to talk to.

When we eventually purchased the home, we entered it to find a beautiful bottle of champagne and chocolates, along with lovely card welcoming us and wishing us all the very best.  We found this both endearing and very kind.

We have never looked back, and have enjoyed the whole process immensely.  We believe that the service we received from Alan and his team, made the purchasing of our home smooth and wrinkle free. 

My husband and I have no hesitation to use Alan and his team again, should we need to in the future.  And that gives us peace of mind.

This is to express our appreciation for the professionalism and effectiveness exhibited by Alan Sheddan and his staff at Bream Bay Realty when they marketed my elderly father's home in Ruakaka in August 2013.  We initially interviewed Alan and two of the largest national property agencies, and decided to go with BB Realty as a result of their local market knowledge and their hands on attitude in getting the property ready for sale.  Communication about the state of buyer interest was frequent and accurate, and we were impressed with the skills and patience of both Andrea and Alan exhibited both before and after the property auction.
