As a Bream Bay resident since the late 80’s and part of this office for the past 17+ years you could say I am definitely a fixture, not a chattel.
My initial occupation as a horse woman in racing involved in part the sales preparation and selling of thoroughbreds.
Horses or houses, it all comes back to the same factors – presentation and price.
Each has a market value and as a Real Estate Salesperson it is my role to facilitate sales and achieve the best possible market value for your home.

My commitment to this company, my sellers and buyers has seen me undertake further studies over the past six years. Having again completed the NZQA National Certificate Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4) and the next level (Branch Manager) (Level 5), I have now completed my National Diploma in Real Estate (Agent).
